By using this site you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be amended or added to at any time.

Prices on the site are in British pounds and inclusive of VAT. Katherine reserves the right to amend the prices at any time and without prior notice to you.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods. Katherine reserves the right to refuse any order.

Despatch can take up to three weeks, longer for international orders. Delivery dates are estimates only and subject to change.

All Katherine Barber Jewellery is made to order so Katherine cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty.

If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect you must contact Katherine within seven days of receipt of goods and she will do her best to help you. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to a refund or exchange.

Every effort has been made to give a true representation of the goods but due to the items being handmade there might be some variations. Please note product can look different when viewed on different monitors. Images may not appear true to size so please always refer to the product information section where approximate measurements are provided.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and to ensure someone is there to sign for the goods.

When posting items internationally, the items may be handled by numerous postal services. The item will therefore be the responsibility of the postal service that is handling it and Katherine cannot be held responsible for parcels in international transit. Sometimes delays may occur in international custom checks which are beyond Katherine's control.

Any duties or taxes incurred after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis. Katherine reserves the right to withdraw or amend the site at any time an without prior notice. Katherine will not be held liable for any lack of access to the site at any time.

Katherine may change or remove content from the site at any time and without prior notice. Information on the site may be outdated and Katherine cannot be held responsible for outdated information.
